The City of Vancouver has received a rezoning application from the Vancouver Housing Development Office for two high-rise towers on a 1.8-acre site near the Burrard Street Bridge. The proposal includes a 38-storey West Tower and a 52-storey East Tower, providing 1,136 rental units and 11,369 sq. ft of commercial space. The project features a maximum height of 534 ft, extensive public spaces, and a four-level underground parkade. The application aims to optimize City-owned land for market rental housing and generate non-tax revenue.
